When you buy your new floor from us, if you’re not completely satisfied with the quality when it arrives, you can return it for a refund – no questions asked.
As long as you have not started to install the flooring and it’s in the same condition as it was when supplied, and can be re-packaged in its original cartons and sealed up again, we will accept the flooring back from you and credit you for the total amount of flooring returned, less carriage costs. Our only question will be about why you’ve returned it, so we can improve our stock, our service and our customer satisfaction even further.
